This painting brought 3 different generations of Old English Sheepdogs together in one work. The owner, Steve Geswein, wanted his beloved Abby, Ellenor and Maggie to be immortalized in a painting that depicted them in their favorite element, snow. He also wanted the theme to have a celestial setting with the connotation of them waiting for him in the hereafter.
